I’m going back for more.
I’ve visited soletrader in Westfield, W12 on several occasions and every time I was given an outstanding service, the shop looks immaculate and the staff are breath of fresh air, Courteous, professional and more importantly friendly. The staff help me to obtain the very last pair of shoes that I wanted they bent backwards and forwards to accommodate me in every shape or form, very impressive, sadly it was too big, but nonetheless I will be coming back to pick up my other favourite pair. I particularly commend the manager. I believe her name is Vicki. She is an outstanding person has a unique approach to customers and swiftly responding to all my concerns. And a young man who tirelessly takes care of customers is worthy of a medal. Thank you all at soletrader for making my day. Look forward to seeing you guys soon and walking out with my shoes on.
